User Registration & Accounts

Yes, you need to create an account to start watching. You can also use a Guest account to browse content, but you'll need to sign up to use properties and track your watch history.
You can sign up directly in the app using your mobile number. It's quick and easy — registration takes less than a minute.
Yes! Creating an account on Jhilke is completely free. You automatically get access to our free tier with ad-supported content.
Yes, you can log into your account on multiple devices. Simultaneous streaming may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Content Access

Free users can watch a large selection of ad-supported content including short dramas, selected episodes, and previews. Premium and PLUS content requires a subscription or coins to unlock.
Premium subscriptions give you unlimited access to all content including exclusive PLUS titles, offline downloads, and an ad-free experience. Plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
Downloaded content is available as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses, downloads may become unavailable until you renew.
Yes. You can log in on multiple devices simultaneously, though the number of simultaneous streams may be limited based on your plan.

Coin System

Coins are Jhilke's in-app rewards currency. You earn coins by checking in daily, watching ads, and reaching viewing milestones. Coins can be used to unlock premium episodes without a paid subscription.
Yes! Coins can be earned by any user — free or premium — through the daily check-in, watching specific ads, and completing watch-time milestones within the app.
Coins may expire after a period of inactivity. Please check the app for current coin expiry details and keep your account active to retain your balance.
No. Coins are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts. They are also non-refundable as per our current policy.

Subscription Plans

Jhilke offers a free ad-supported plan and premium subscription plans. Premium plans include access to all content, offline downloads, ad-free experience, and priority customer support. Check the app for current pricing.
The free plan gives you access to a large selection of ad-supported content. You can also earn coins to unlock individual premium episodes without committing to a full subscription.
The VIP plan includes unlimited access to all content (including exclusive PLUS titles), offline downloads, an ad-free experience, and early access to new releases. VIP users may also receive additional coin bonuses.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app under Settings → Subscription. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
VIP users may enjoy additional referral benefits, including bonus coins for every friend they invite. Check the referral section inside the app for current offers and terms.

Technical Support

This is usually due to a slow internet connection. Try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi network or mobile data connection. You can also lower the video quality in Settings → Playback Quality to reduce buffering.
